I won these in an exp group nice imho tho i am a monk i am gonna give them to an enchanter friend of mine who will put them to good use. Also got some boots i did not win random so i am glad i think there are better and ahve one happy enc friend.

Drops from 'an infernal consort' and 'a fiendish consort'.
Level 63 spiders, hit for 500ish, 50 min respawn just passed the werewolf camp over the cliff.
They drop spectral parchments as well as a few other items of similar quality to these.
