Granted for the level needed to attain it this isn't the best ring in the world, but i suppose it would at least have its uses. For a rogue that doesn't have maxed str yet this would be a pretty nice ring at least.. I wouldn't mind having one on my war to show off every once in a while, but the velium fire wedding rings are better by far 99% of the time. beats rusty weapons i guess /shrug

There are few rings in the game that add 20 to melee stats. Yes the ring is 1 or 2 ac points less than the ones you mentioned, but for a ranger, rogue, monk (notice the 0 weight), and many other melee classes, this ring is far better. I agree shoudl be tradeable though, especially considering the stats and where it drops.
Man, for the name, i was expecting something cool :P, i mean, "Ring of Chaos" sounds like something i would want to show off, not a souped up... Jagged Band.

In truth, this isn't the best ring for the level. VI should at least make it sellable, so others could use it. It isn't like it would be game altering because, in all seriousness, if it hadn't been submitted by a year after the expansion pack was released then it is likely a rare drop. Unless it was recently added, of course. I guess you could use it for the STA, but in a likelyness anyone high enough to get this would have a Shadel Bandit Ring or a Velium Fire Wedding Ring, not to mention the Velium Opal Engagement Rings, which add 8 STA and 6 AGI.

Hey, us gnomies, we make good rogues. However, we ain't exactly the strongest guys out there. If properly equipped elsewhere, this could make a big difference.
