Necs used to have "The Pet"...now Mages have the best pets, HP wise, and Beast Lords, well, there pets are pretty nice too...now we get this, Rune of Death, upgrade to Augmentation of Death...gives pet 70% haste (ewww, 5% more then Augmentation...BLs haste thier pets to 85%)...gives 65 str, and a whole 18 AC more. All I can say is oh well...they "try" to help us.
Better than getting nerfed. At least RoD is actually an upgrade from AoD. And hey we get a SK pet. Now that just rules.
