Someone said this and all the vendor-bought spells from PoP are no drop. Please, oh please, tell me he is lying. I don't want to shell out $20 for just this spell.

Yup, it's no drop all right. Of course, these days you don't have to shell out $$ for the PoP expansion to get it. Alas, I didn't realise it was no-drop and sent my druid out to do all the shopping for my SK alt, and now my druid has this no-drop SK-only spell scroll. Oops!
