Planes of Power
It seems to me that when I cast it, and I get the message that "You are unable to change form here" the increase in HP and mana still takes place. The icon remains in the effects window.
Anyone else want to verify my observations (or deny).

Dreadlands (altho i suspect that if i casted on the greenery it might work instead of the clay), Dulak's Harbor, Eastern Wastes, Karnor's Castle, Mons Letalis, South Ro(desert), The Scarlet Desert, Umbral Plains
It does work in...
Dawnshroud Peaks, East Karana, Katta Castellum, North Karana, Plane of Knowledge, Rathe Mountains, South Karana, South Ro(grass), Trakenons Teeth, Plane of Justice, West Commonlands(grass,desert,water)
