This dropped off a Golem in the caves..i've killed 1000's of these..and never dropped.

I just looted this off the spectral guardian in PoV, I've killed this guy 100x and he's never had anything.
However, it should be noted that it seems any of the named undead have a *chance* of dropping loot that may come off of other named in the zone, but it's tiny, like 1 in 100. I got a band of the visionary off lieutant baelin dwinn once which only drops off TSW, and now I again looted a half decent droppable loot off an undead named that has never had anything. A pattern methinks
This is worth further researching, in the meantime /WTS longbow of the Intrepid.

Is this bow really dropable?(the screen shot is from Firiona Vie) cause 15damage + 8magical damage makes it 30/23 if it pass the magic check and all the bow using melees can use!... Very Nice 
Actually it is 23 damage, 30 delay.
Id put this bad boy on my Rogue personally. Though its nice for any of those classes. I would not, however, put this on a ranger. They're better with the higher damage/farther range bows. Just my 2cp.

I'd like this bow on my warrior just for the stamina.
Bow of the Huntsman
Gleed does drop the bow, however he also gives a quest to earn the bow. Simply go to the Great Divide and kill an old brown wurm named Vluudeen. Take Vluudeen's Tail back to Gleed and he will reward you with the Bow of the Huntsman.
So, if your faction is opposed to giants, go kill Gleed for the bow. If you're allied with the giants, go kill Vluudeen and quest for the bow. This is one of the best things about Velious.

Actually dear, you can not only quest the bow via the quest you outlined above, but by killing him you can also get the bow for yourself :-)

Paladins, Shadowknights, and Rogues can't use Bow of Huntsman. Not that this one is particularly spectacular.
