Planes of Powerisnt this a little better then a lodi shield even though it doesnt have the resist and etc or the eb but if you dont need the eb then what does it matter and lodi has 10wis this is 5 wis but this also has 50mana= about 8wis so this makes it a 13 wis cloak basically plus the 5 int and the 50hps i would think this would be a druid,cleric,and a shaman!!

a diamond beetle drops this... hes in the room at the first scarab setup in the worm area.
I've gotten 2 ranger bows and 2 justice capes off him so far so its hard to tell what the drop rates are... I've also gotten a spectral parchment off him, which I wasn't expecting since hes only about lvl 57-58
Anyhow, I like this cape but its more for int casters as any wis casters that can kill this dude usually already have lodi shield. This is kinda like a hiero with resists... Nice fer an int caster on them tov runs.

drops off diamond beetle in escape tunnel. Probably his rare drop, got 2 bows of balance to 1 of these.
I don't know if it is just me or not but its seems that i was expecting better items from the planes i mean come on these are the realms of the gods, i am just glad to see alot more options in resist gear. It seems VI must have used all the good gear on the moon but then forgot when they open the way to the realm of the gods we wouldn't notice the cheap gear but of course i guess i can't complain till i start raiding there, but like i said i like all the resist armor coming out, and i have to say this would make a great mid lvl item if it weren't for all the lvl requirements they are putting on everything to avoid twinking.

You wont see any of this armor drop for another 15 levels with your main.

Remeber there are Five tiers of planes, and the Plane of Justice is a first-tier plane. Basically any place where you don't need to complete a quest to enter is a first-tier.
Crypt of Terris Thule, Crypt of Decay, etc. are 2nd tier. I suppose for each new "tier" you have to complete some gawdawful quest. The Tower of Solusek Ro is a 3rd tier plane I believe, and the Plane of Fire (his daddy's hangout) is fourth tier.
The only 5th tier plane in the Plane of Time.
So yes, I imagine the loot DOES gets a lot better than this.

Oh i totally agree about the the way they have the planes teired the loot should get better and better but shouldn't at least start off better than the things that already drop on norrath, velious, kunark, and Luclin some of this new gear isn't even comparable to the Ssra temple or VT items.

Hmmm, is the Plane of Justice really tougher than the Ssra Temple or Vex Thal? I haven't been there, but I know you need drops from the Ssra Emperor just to get a KEY to VT...
Edit: I would really like to know who keeps down-rating my posts and why. I don't think I say anything objectionable, and I think my points are valid enough not to be rated as "awful".
