Planes of PowerThe reasen that it says it is attainable at level 55 but is a level 64 spell is because at level 55 you can go to the planes where the parchments drop and turn the parchments in for spells, but can't use that spell until you reach level 64. Hope that explains it for you.

Breath of Ultor is a level 64 Shammy Disease DOT. It does about 3350 damage over time. I use it all the time now that I have it. It's one of the best DOTs in the game for a Shaman.
