Planes of PowerOk well this might be a dumb question. But if all it does is add 75 to warder dex and strike rate mod is same as flame, blizzard, poison, etc. then what is the difference btn them?

difference is decrease hp amount, stun times, hate modifiers, and resists.
of the list you mention, the rellic proc hits a mob for 150 pts, has the longest stun at 2.75, increases hate by 50, and saves against magic resist.
flame procs for 142 pts, stuns for 2.5, *decreases* hate by 50, and saves against fire resist.
blizzard procs for 72 pts, has no stun component, increases hate by 50, saves against cold resist.
there isn't a poison, but i'm thinking you're referring to spirit of scorpion which procs for 92 pts, has no stun component, increases hate by 50, and saves against poison resist.

hello, just got a question in the game it says this increases dex but that it does not many poeple have told me i would think that blizzard would fix this but why haven't they. So who am i supposed to believe in game information or everyone elses perspective

What the........? I know that I am replying to an old post, but...Blizzard? Didn't know WoW was out in '03.

As of a recent patch all pet procs were fixed. They all add dex as they should. Hope this helps.
