Can confirm...Rotting Hide Cloak is his common drop...
drops most every time we killed him, the gloves I saw once and we never saw the veil...and must have killed him a good 10-12 times...

A: Overlord Banford Paffa, Red at 65. Spawn place is Ruins of Lxanvom a.k.a Crypt of Decay. Also drops Festering Earlobe, Soft Tooled Gloves, and Rotting Hide Cap, I believe.

Actually, Overlord Banord Paffa cons yellow at 65. His untargettable version, simply Banord Paffa, is the one who cons red.

This dropped off mini named in Crypt of Disease. Doubt it drops in POD also. Havent seen any Flowing Thought items off any named in POD yet.

Anyone picture themselves wearing this? A veil soaked in Bile.. ie. vomit/spit.. and yet it has flowing thought 2 on it.. I'm sorry.. but if I was smelling and staring through a veil of vomit.. I couldn't think period.. much less any clearer.. ick.

Seriously, do you expect ANYTHING from the Plane of Disease to smell like flowers? What gets me is all the items that drop here with CHA bonuses. Just be glad that EQ is not a full-sensory experience. If it were, NO ONE would EVER go to POD. I mean, come on...the zone in? ewww
Would have to agree with this assesment. Great stats on the item, but the thought of it is rather disgusting. But, I would still use it =)

Actually, if you really think about it, the things that drop in PoG should have negative Charisma since you are killing something good.....
You are rewarded by killing disease, i.e. something bad and receiving ackowledgement of such deeds. (at least that makes sense to me)
