Dropped by the Undead Knight that spawns in the underwater alcove just a little north of where the Injured Rat spawns. Undead Knight is like level three, his placeholder is either a fish or a decaying skeleton. Spawn time on the Undead Knight and his placeholders is about the same as the Injured Rat and his placeholders; hope that helps.

Yeah i got it off of that underwater shadow warrior or whatever he was called. He's not too high level, conned green to me at 9.
