Well you say you do not mind loseing the STR, and you like 8 dex and STA. well are you forgetting the 80 HPs. 80 HPs and 10k less would make me love this over the VRoG

the 8 sta on VRoG will make up for the 15 hp you loose from the ring, at 65 as a ranger i would get about 109 hp from VRoG

Yes, but raid buffed, you arent going to want STA, you want raw hp.

I'd wear a Valorium Ring of Gallantry over this. 15 STR is nice, but I'll give up 7 STR and 2 AGI for the extra 8 DEX and STA. Not to mention VRoG is much easier to get.
