Maybe it's an effect of level of some sort, or something programed with secondary magic checks per tick etc. that I don't have a clue about, but "in the field" this spell does not get broken after casting successfully anywhere near as frequently or as fast as the previous spell, for my Wizard. With that being said, I must say no matter what my Enchanter casts; nukes, roots, whatever, she gets resisted and broken and punched in the eye more than my Wiz, Necro, or Mage combined (Tash'd. or not - don't start). I guess it's just the now old adage "They hate her cause she's so beautiful" - hehe =)

It's harder for the mobs to resist, by 30 points of MR, than Fetter. All else is the same.

So far using this in Maiden's Eye, I've not seen anything 'greater' about it except a very small increase in cast time. It wears off almost immediately, even after casting Tash first (Which was suggested as a means to make it last longer).

Mixing it with normal fetter, I saw no difference in the way they worked.
