This is a dam nice shoulder and very appropriate for the mob it drops off of, Terris Thule is in a teir 1 zone and is much like Cazic Thule, fairly easy for the rewards imo, unless you are killing in VT then you shouldnt be calling this a weak item by any means.

clearing the way to TT is much easier than clearing through Fear (nowadays you can just pull 20-30 mobs in Fear and let the wiz/mage/druids AE). As far as the encounter, Cazic Thule is the only mob you'll really have to worry about. TT has some extra help brought to her during the fight..
Well, Terris Thule is in a sort of Teir 1.5 zone, since the Crypt of Terris Thule has to be opened by a kind of nifty, if buggy (reported fixed in 10/31 patch) 3 group event.
That aside, it IS a nice item for the difficulties involved. IMO, its very much a rog/rng item rather than shaman; there are simply too many other shoulder pieces that better fit shaman. Excellent choice for the other 2 classes however.
There are not really all that many great shaman shoulder items available with the minimal, low level amount of flagging necessary to kill TT. Shoulders with the 75 to a max possible hitpoints from stamina/raw HP together of 105 would be a huge upgrade to many shamans of the appropriate character level development to be in on the mob.
That said, the effect on the shoulders would make it hard for many shamans to speak up and ask for the shoulders. They would have to have an item with a useless focus effect taking up the space where an item(that actually might be quite inferior to this one) with a good focus item might eventually go. Still, 105 hitpoints on a slot many shamans have poor equipment on is a big deal for shamans too; the 8 wisdom is less than astonishing, but the 75 mana is pretty nice too.
All in all, though, a shaman would be much better served trying to get Terris's knucklebone beaded veil or her ring with mana preservation IV. Bot effects can have a profound impact on a shaman; vengeance is a complete waste.
