I think your statement needs to be cleared up.
    You CANNOT hunt Combine Acrylia Temper
, you must buy it in the bazaar or make it. To make it, the resources needed from Tenebrous Mountains and Twilight Sea are 1) Windstone and 2) Essence of Wind. Then you will also need a Vial of Clear Mana. The Research skill required to make this is close to the trivial of 151. Once again, it is much easier in the long run just to buy the Vial of Clear Mana or to buy the Combine Acrylia Temper.
If none is available in the Bazaar, and you can't get any Guildies to help (I would consider changing guilds at this point) do what we did before they had a Bazaar, go to a well traveled spot and ooc for help, offfering to buy it. You can also use /auction to offer to buy. If you're too broke to buy anything, you're too broke to get your skills up high enough to make it. Learn to forage, farm of fabricate something and sell it in the bazaar to make money.

I would suggest hunting the temper to cut costs, best places are TM and the Twilight sea.
