Planes of Power
I'm a 34 rogue who has the planar traveller's manuel and wants to simply buy the brew and get the book to replace my goranga idol. is there a recommended lvl on the beginner combat manual or can any class get full benefits. thanks in advance whoever answers, I want to know because those brews cost about 300-500pp on Bertoxx
Recommended level is 45.

I did the Beginners Magic Manual Quest, with my Shm lvl 25, having bought the Hobgoblin's Surprise in the Bazaar, so this statement is untrue

err...That's not MQing. You did the planar traveler's manual quest and acquired the hobgoblin surprise. MQing an item is when more than 1 person hands items to the quest giver. Person A hands in item 1, B gives 2, C 3 and the last person to hand in the item gets the reward.
I have no idea if quests can be MQed in PoP or not, I haven't tried it. But with all of the character flags and level restrictions just to get the quest, I don't doubt it.
