Planes of Power
This item is used in making the Planar Blood Brew along with Nightmare mephit blood and Bubonian blood from PoD. The Planar Blood Brew is part of the Beginner's Combat Manual Quest that begins in PoK as Willamina's Needle's.

Actually, slarghilug are all rangers, the only thing is that they cast Winged Death, but they also buff themselves with ranger only buffs such as eagle eye, call of flame, and lower level druid buffs (which a ranger would have) such as thistlecoat and skin like diamond.
Also, Slarghilugs are one of the FEW things in PoN that does NOT see invis (along with gargoyles and ravens).

Not entirely certain what the final product is used for, but it appears to be either a temper or a Quest in PoK. I haven't figured that part out yet.
Slargs have all been Druids so far swinging max 248 so far (I'm an enchanter.. AC? *chuckle) and nuke max at 450DD fire. They do fire DoT often and drop their spear uncommonly.

This is found on the Slarghilug's in PoN, it's fairly common and I remember it being No Drop though I could be wrong on that. They live at the end of the steep-sided valley, are mainly druids/rangers and hit for max of 320ish though commonly only about 120ish.
