Needs correction, Usable slot only Primary. Not secondary or Range. As such needs to be removed from being able to be equipped in range slot ( Archery and Bows not allowed).
Effect is also wrong in header, It's not:
Effect: Spike of Ice (Combat, Casting Time: Instant) as Level 18
Should instead be listed as Remote Healing Blessing
