Wizards have Familiars, which has a cast time of 14-16 seconds on it. Please think before you post.
Yes, and I am sure that all you wizards chain cast your familiars so you just NEED this.. right? Don't be stupid. Mage first, necro second, after that the wizard and enchanter can flip a coin cause its pretty much wasted on them.
And I'm sure the time it takes to summon your pet or modrods or focus items or whatever is so crucial.
I know that if a mage can't give me a focus bracer fast enough, people start getting mad.

Don't be hypocritical. Summoning Haste is useful, but hardly something a guild should put as much focus on as, say Improved Damage.

How about it's good for all of them, just for the stats involved. You people need to chill out or something. I've seen 3rd graders with better manners than the people on these forums. /sigh
