Shadows of LuclinI'm currently level 55, but I wouldn't bother to pharm the items for this quest for my level 24 rogue. I have read in some thread that it takes months to complete whole set. So why not just go pharm cash and twink lower level char with much better gear that you can buy in Bazaar? Pretty bad quest IMO, as all TS armor quests.

No one but VI could say for sure, but I'm guessing it's not very uber because anyone could gather the parts for the turn in, to get the item, then give all the stuff to their lower level alt or friend and have them turn it in and receive the item. None of the items you turn in are 'no drop' that I know of.
