Does this even drop anymore, I have killed this guy 100+ times and no key.
Yes it does. Just got one today from the Commander.
Just got this off my third spawn of this guy.
It is still dropping as of December 2022.
I think it's just an uncommon drop off a rare spawn!

This isn't the key to Arch Lich, that key is dropped by Commander Zazuzh (Comm1).

Zherozsh's key is to enter the High Priest and Xerkizh the Creator area.
Zazuzh's key is to enter Arch Lich area.

This is Zherozsh's Key, it is an uncommon drop from the 2nd floor Commander (Comm 2). It gives access to High Priest of Ssraeshza (HP) and Xerkizh The Creator (XTC).
It's also the key you need to get to Shissar Mystic. The first two mobs beyond this locked door are the placeholders for the Mystic. They spawn at (-100, 80, 130) on the 2nd floor.
The other key that drops in this zone would be Zazuzh's Key, from Comm 1. That one gives access to Arch Lich Rhag`Zadune.
AFAIK, rogues can't pick those two locks.

Only 2 keys drop in Ssra? How does one get to the room outside Emp area (where insignia drops) -- Was told between 3-5 keys drop in Ssra besides the one you create to enter Emp.'s room?
The key for that room is the Ring of the Shissar...a quest item that needs four drops. The only other keys I know of in this zone are the two Z keys.

He means the room with the portal in it, not the portal itself. There are 2 locked doors in that one hallway alone. We used pets and mages to get summoned through the doors and coh the others.
