Gantru Raldukans have two different kinds of drops.
The first kind are the items that they always drop. As semi-named mobs, Raldukans drop one of the following three droppable items every time:
Gantru Charm (common)
Helm of Raldukan (uncommon) - this is the pink one
Gantru Warmask (rare)
The second kind are the Raldukan armors, which are fairly rare, no drop, and have a silver plate look. This helm is part of the Raldukan armor set. I have actually seen this helm and the Helm of Raldukan both drop off the same one before. They're just two nice items.

Raldukan Helm is differnt. Raldukan armor is a fairly new drop, and appears as Snow White Plate when worn.
the pink was was tradeable; this one is No Drop also.

I had one of the old ones on my level 20 SK....Now the Level requirement is 51.
Your wrong, this isnt the Pink helm. This is a new Helm. Theirs Helm of Raldukan (Pink) and Raldukan Helm (New). I know because I have the Pinxor one on mah SK and it says Helm of Raldukan, not Raldukan Helm.
I don't know if I would say this item is common either. The radulkan doesn't spawn that often and when he does his common drop is that stupid charm. Although out of all the radulkan armor that drops this one does seem to drop the most. Not sure if that makes it common though
