Shadows of LuclinTo answer a question, yes this still drops and I have it on me on Stromm. It has dropped a reported 2 out of 30 kills.
Okay quick and easy strat to killing Lcea. Lcea is a bard so she cant be interuppted.
I've done her with as few as 12 people
1 tank stays on her
4-5 melees wack at her.
casters crowd in behind the melees.
Do not use haste because you really dont want a fully hasted friend beating the **** out of you when she charms him.
Keep dispell up. When someoen gets charmed have him announce it and dispell the charm. Oh yeah keep 2-3 junk buffs up in first slot so you dont dispell virt or kei or anything.
Other then that just rinse repeat on the dispelling and try to keep her pinned in the right corner of the room opposite of her podium and keep everyone packed in around her else you might aggro the gaurds in the hall.

can anyone confirm this still drops from lcea?
Killed her tonight just farming her for an orb as usual.....she dropped this. First time I have ever seen it. I thought they took it out long ago. I was awarded this by my guild, who I appriciate a lot. Thanks again LoV. 1 in a million drop...

about how many people do u guys suggest to take her down? figure lvls 55+

We took her down with 16 peeps, mostly 60+ last night. The key is to have a dispeller for every tank. If tank gets aggroed, dispeller chain casts dispell magic so tank doesn't get charmed. A few charmed tanks and the battle is over.

We just killed Lcea and she dropped belt and mask .. The two best drops IMHO ...
The mask went to one of our warrior MT without even rolling ... it's really excellent face piece.

This may be a stupid question, but I'm really curious... What does IMHO mean exactly? I just cannot for the life of me figure out what that acronym means! HELP!

K, mask is raaaare drop, killed her 15+ times seen one, lots of staffs few belts and too many stupid amulets. Once ya get tactics down, mostly just a long fight w/ lots of dispelling the charm. Her faction is only for certain named in Katta i.e. the Honeyjar halfling chick in the garden outside the church and some others..and is a small + Nathyn Illuminous hit. Does NOT effect the guards in Katta, however killing the two guards in her room is. That however IS reversible by killing in Seru. As for the Lcea Katta faction hit (the named faction, not the guards) have yet to find a way to reverse it.

Nice mask. Not really useful to a cleric tho. They should add Rogue to the list of classes, that would make it better =)
Do you take any faction hits in Katta when you kill her? I am doing a quest and would hate to be KOS in Katta and not be able to finish my quest.
Yes, you take faction hits for killing her, although Katta faction is easy to repair. Since Sanctus Seru and Katta Castellum are on opposing factions, killing in one place raises faction in the other.

She is overlooked by far. Very fun and easy fight. Shes lvl 60 hits max for around 850. She procs a charm so once MT gets charmed, she will go for others and most likely charm them too. A good tactic is to have the MT have no buffs in slot 1 and 2, and use the lowest level dispell to dispell it. She has a ton of hp and its about a 6-15min fight depending on DPS.
...think of it as a little, tiny breastplate....for your face.
