Do we still not have a set answer. Some say the hole, others say withered Leather drops in the hole, not skin. Can we get a solid confirmation on these from someone?

Why does this item not get seen much? Because no one hardly ever hunts in the Hole for exp/loot. This is why SOE has placed a 25% exp bonus to the zone.

Has anyone seen these drop? If so, What did they drop off of and in what zone was it? Any Info you might have would be greatly appreciated!

Withered SKin leggings,
These do not in any way drop in the Hole, sorry. Withered Leather leggins are like 5 wis some saves , slightly better than Gator leggings. These are far superior to those. No level limit on them so I am guessing these drop in Jagged pine or something. No clue, just know they dont drop in the Hole.

Please do not confuse these leggings with Withered Leather leggings. The leggings that drop in the Hole are these: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=4487 that have these stats: AC: +6 Agi: +8 Wis: +4 Disease Resist: +10 Mana: +5
As you can tell, these newer legs are much better...although I would have liked to see some AGI on these...but hey. We cant have everything we would like. Other wise it would be OUR world...not their world.
