Orcish Arsonist's Torch  

 

The orc arsonist is located in the north western corner of the zone near two felled trees. There is a named orc nearby that you will aggro if not careful. Also, be on the look out for wandering basilisk hatchlings that will turn you to stone while the two orcs are pounding you into the ground.

Still hammering the dents out of my newbie armor.
