Sure, you all have some nice EQ with dex softcapped... BUT How 'bout yer bard friend, whose fizzle rate is based on Dex? I know, we can just recast... but four or five missed notes in a row just aren't fun... Gimme Dex!!! And sta/cha, of course.

what is the effect of vengance III?
Attack buff. I believe the III is ~50 Atk buff.

Vengeance is 5 pts per. III = 15

I think this would be really good to use with a weapon with a nice proc, because of the huge amount of DEX.

Dex matters so little at the point you get this item.
But Vengeance III is nothing to sneeze at. Even Wolfran's cynicism is sadly misplaced if he doesn't think Vengeance III is worth a little salivtaion over.

Dex does not matter so little when you get this item. Any ranger or rogue will always love more dex. Even hitting the dex soft cap you will always plus with pop coming out and the ability to raise the soft cap, rangers archery and rogues backstab just got even more unbelievable. And then you got the Veg III.

Posted: Oct 01 2002 at 9:35 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Well...straight up, most players won't even get to see anything near this good to begin with, and I feel sorry for the ones who think that this is a weak piece. 30 Dex would be sweet for ANY melee class as I try my hardest to raise my dex high enough to gain some aggro off of my stupid clerics [:bandhead:]
