sucks as a belt - cuase there is a BETTER caster belt drops of a lower floor named and has all simular stats but more of them

BUT great as wrist slot - specialy compared with other wrists aviable in same dificulty range of obtaining. Unless of course you are going for Secrets + Darkness wrists combos as I did for VT gear (sacrifice FT but get 2 nice focuses - specialy if necro)

of course once you past 65 - those focuses won't be any good any more- so FT3 kicks back in again
