does any1 know exactly where Motte pops now that they redid east freeport.
The inn is now 1 building instead of 2 and im not seeing the usual npc assosiated with that particular inn other then Moe the drunk.))

well I've killed Sir Edwin Motte inside the Seafare's Roost.He didn't pop as quickly as i would have liked it.In fact i had to come back after waiting for about 30 mins for him to spawn.I didn't have to Kill anyone an he had spawned into the middle of the bar.
Seafare's Roost is located on the Docks of East Freeport.There is a merchant standing outside the roost named Moe Wilborn.

loc neg 185, neg 853, neg 50 in the the Seafarer's Roost. Sir Edwin Motte actually stands in the second room past the bar area at the table just past the still....

Hi, I am hunting Motte on the quellious server today. I can't tell which building in Freeport is the Inn. So if you know a Loc for Motte in any of his four zones, please type it here, if I find and kill him I will type the loc here too.

3959.22,-1366.88 in Rathe Mountains, inside an Inn. I was bored and nuked him, took him down 75% with Wildfire, he used Lay on Hands, I nuked him again, he died.
Seafearers Fury Tavern is the Inn on the docks of East Freeport. It has a big sign on the building outside of it next to the door, so just look at the two buildings on the dock to differentiate them :)
