It's just a guess on my part, but I'm thinking that there just aren't that many Troll grandmaster smiths around. That would make this a rare item indeed.

Okay, so i wonder why these are not made and sold more in the bazaar? surely all the items could easily be collected? I have an ENC that would like this but can't find one. Thought about collecting all the materials, but we need a place where people list trades skills so a person can find a master and hire them.

This is made from the sceptre of the observers, which is 1hb. Is it really 2hb or is that an error?

Actually I just purchased one of these in the Bazaar yesterday, and I enjoy it. Replaced my Soulreaper.... But, it showed it as a 1hblunt. *shrug* I'm not complaining ;)

i'm wondering if this might be a really good weapon for casters of innoruk. yes its 2 handed, but 10 int and 75 mana is pretty impressive. just add your thoughts/ flames lol

Well...only 10 int, the mana is okay...but under 51, you need the int to get more mana...if you can have 2 items with 6 or more int and mana, that is better then one item with 10 int and 75 mana...example...
Primary: Polished Stone Staff
7int 45 mana
Secondary: Hand of the Reaper (Nec only)
9 int, 25 mana
This = 16 int and 70 mana...which overall = more mana
And don't fool yourselves, once you are outta the 20s, you can affor items that are close to these...spend time in RM, you lvl and get money...and, if you are twinking, well...you have the cash hehe.

Definately. With the Int, mana, HP's and AC, it has about all points covered.
