What quest are these used for? Someone said they can be used for Neriak faction, andi started an Iksar Necromancer and would like good fation with neriak, please give description for quest

This Weapon is crazy town 2dam del 40.... my lvl 65 warrior uses 2 of these crazy *** weapons! I heard they will nerf it to 2hs because of the bad *** 20 ratio on it! i also heard they are going to add a AE death Touch i would have to say using this crazy *** ****** weapon with cloak of flames and double attack is Crazy TOWN! i would highly suggest on getting 2 of those bad boys you could get in any guild you wanted a heart beat!

What's the best use? Well lets see...
1. Create a newbie and kill rats with the pick (sooner or later someone will come around and give you a free velium sword cuz yer so pathetic looking)
2. Give em to a Necro pet (those skeletal laughs make em look stupid anyway, so why not give em a pick for enhanced stupidity)
3. Turn em in to Hallard for the Lottery quest faction
I'm going with #3 for now, but #1 might be good if I have an empty character slot on E'Ci server, HA!

this is actually a good weapon if u no how to use it (seriously)... dont laugh yet... this weapon does LESS damage than fists and slower than fist... but who said it was for YOU to equip it? give it to an enemy >=) i tested on a iskar pariah at LOIO who usually hit me for 50s then hit me for 30 and MUCH slower with the pick(ehe ehe ehe)... unfortunately this weighs 10 stones so u cant really have alot with ya... but u can always loot it back once the mobs dead =)
O...M...G! I know it sounds dense to do RGP wise but man, its a sweet little idea*lol* I think I MAY try it myself, I'll let ya all know how it turns out

that is a very smart thing to do, not even a lvl 32 shaman like me could have thought of it :)

Its always fun to be a warrior wearing his beautiful crafted armor, but then put two of these in his weapon slots. I do it for laughs in the East Commons.
