Dryads are not usually up, you have to go around and slowly walk around the base of the Trees in the Dryad Camps. They have others around the zone, but unless you have your Maps marked , just slowly go around the base of the trees to spawn them.
Are there any faction hits for killing the dryads?
Your faction standing with Dryads of the Grove has gotten worse...

No, I do not recall seeing any faction hits from them. If I recall they did not aggro me in Wolf Form, only scared the begeeses out of me the first time I was there when they assumed corporeal form 
No, they indeed do not aggro wolf form :)
But on the flip side of that, Wolf Form does not fool them either, they know its you under that fur... so if you've hosed up your faction with them... looks like there no recourse.
