Although it has been a while since I had made these, due to the cost of the potions, the effects of the potions did stack on Po9 and KEI last time I used it, several months ago though. I do not know if they nerfed it since then.

The merchant who sells this is a Barbarian in ShadowHaven inside a shop near the souldbinder.

The stats? Both componets for the potions together cost like 90pp or so, not sure how much just this one costs.

Edit: This herb costs about 19pp each

Elixer of Concentration gives Breeze, and Greater Concentration gives Clarity.

Elixer of Concentration is 2 mana per tick
Greater Concentration is 3 mana per tick

Breeze is 4 mana per tick
Clarity is 7 mana per tick

So, even the best potion falls short of Breeze. If these potions stack with Lich or the clarity line of spells, then they are absolutely valuable (like FT items), otherwise they would be for emergency use only I suppose.

Thought I would point out that my enchanter is now level 63 and I haven't updated my signature yet. I suppose I should go do that. ; )
