A Ruinous Sun Revenant dropped this for me, he was chillin just outside the grol baku cave on the desert floor. Pretty sweet little piece of resist gear :)

with the changes in how resists work i wonder if items like this will increase in value.Granted it doesnt give overall saves like a BD earring but against a mob like Trak. it will have a marked advantage under the new resists guidlines
