I was fishing at 2, 286, -23 and went through 10 stacks of bait. Zero Chubs. I did get several messages "You have caught a rare fish," which turns out was for Frostfell #5. I'm curious if they altered the percentage of what's fished in a bad way - at least during Anniversary time.
