well these are one of the most common loots off the carrion spiders in the karanas - i mean they almost seem to drop as much or almost more often than the silks everyone is after either that or i get to be the lucky one who gets these stacking up in my bags hehe.

Probably easier to get them off spiders than Lockjaw. I could use the stat food made from the parts for my pally and the spider silks are just a nice bonus for my bazaar mule.
This is occasionally looted off the carrion spiders in Eastern Karana.

This item appears to be misnamed, unless someone can confirm that there really is an item named "Halfling Meat." The correct name is "Halfling Parts." I've emailed a screen shot and name correction via the link to this item.
