Lettuce can be purchased from Daleen Leafsway near the Rivervale farm. Her /loc is -92, -342, -5.
I can usually buy lettuce at the Druid Guild in Rivervale from the farm's vegetable stand. Carrots are cheaper though and last just as long. You can also find free jumjum root in the field sometimes. (Tastes like chicken.)

I have been foraging nearly all zones but cant remember getting Lettuce anywere

I've found some in Northern Karana before.
edit: Doh, that was wild cabbage I got, not lettuce. Must've been that kei wearing off ;)

I have foraged wild cabage in NK , but never have I seen lettuce foraged anywhere.
