On November 27 on the Luclin server, a Burynai Cutter loaded. I think he has been there for a while, but noone wanted him.
I was traveling through FoB a day or two ago and noticed the cutter but didn't know what he was. After reading the info here, I went back and killed him, and he loaded the gloves. They are pretty good for my druid, although I think that the Split Paw gloves are a very close second, and much easier and cheaper to get.
Im not sure I see how an additional 100pp for the 1 wis is worth it (over Split Paw), especially with a decrease in AC. Also, these currently do not have a graphic, but maybe that will change with the next expansion.

I have only seen pop 2wice once with my Iskar SK he was 19 got a freind and got ancklet and just recently with my 20 Druid soloed him got gloves awsome bolth times he poped by Kurns last ramp entrace to pit Kasora side. I got offered 250pp for the gloves I might be stupid but i like them.

I have camped behind the tower for ages with 2 different characters now. Went from level 16 to 23 with both and never seen a cutter.

Last night, I was camping behind Kurns Tower. No one was there but me. All of the sudden I saw the Cutter come out of nowhere with its health a little down. Being lvl 22 it was even to me. I killed it and there were the gloves. Guess I just got lucky. Could anyone tell me the worth of these gloves? From reading these posts here, it appears to be a rare drop off the Cutter.
You are certainly lucky to have obtained these. I have spend many an hour looking for this rare spawn. Sadly the spawn does not reflect the price of its loot on these gloves though, worth anywhere from 100-200pp I would say. Split paw gloves are pretty cheap and offer +2 wis so the market may be a little flawed for these, but thats how it goes.
It is strange...the split paw gloves are 4ac 3dex and 2wis, and they sell for cheap...25pp is common.
I would imagine it's because there are so many Split Paw Gloves out there now - they use to be rare, but are now becoming fairly common. I see them for sale on merchants about every other week.

Found these and the ankle braclet off cutters by kurns tower. Don't think they spawn in the pit. We got lucky they spawned about 1/2 hour from each other. The first one was fighting with a Scaled wolf and was already at 3/4 health. I've hunted by kurns for a while now and never seen a cutter since then. Nice for my shammy.

OK, I've been hanging around Kurn's Tower, picking skellies, sappers and scorps from the treeline for several days now. I have yet to see a Cutter.

I was down in field of bone for two days and didn't see a single cutter. If the gloves are the cutters rare drop and he's a rare spawn then verant needs to lower the spawn time on the mob. I don't have the patients to wait for that.

Perhaps placing magazines in your waiting room will increase the patience of your patients.

nice except for not having any ac. would be a great druid or low-end shammy item but the no ac hurts. monk item even if they are desperate for magic gaunts.
