I cant get the recipe to appear in the oven window, btw all supplies can be bought in the POK from Ramos Jernan, and the general supplies guy in the same area.
I used to do the East Commonlands/North? Freeport run for Fish Rolls. I've found both components now at Abysmal Sea.
Ordin Wheasley (Baking Supplies) Upstairs has Fresh Fish, and Duath Untez (General Supplies) has Bat Wings (downstairs across from bank.)

I think this recipe is broken 'cos I can't get it to work - (n its only two items, right).

If you don't have 135 in baking by the time you access planes.... fish in PoT and buy Bat Wings from the Kat in the room behind the Bank (closest to water)make sure you have a spit and you can cook while you fish. As soon as you are high enough enter PoStorms and fish there and save all your Storm Salmon. Keep making Fish Rolls till they are trivial then start on Storm Salmon Fillets (triv 202). Storm Salmon Fillets = Storm Salmon + Jug of Sauces - combined in spit. Buy Jug of Sauces in PoT.

In case you want to level baking fast, this is the way to go. Buy your bat wings in east commons and your fish in west commons, sit down and start cooking. Noobs will love you for the stacks of food you hand out.
