This is a better left hand weapon (for monkeys, half-tanks dont get dual wield). At higher levels. Your primary hand gives damage bonuses, so lower delay weapons will do more damage than equal ratio weapons of higher delay. I want one of these to go with a jade mace. All Good.
Me and some great friends on Tribunal got this beast and they were so cool give it to me(NBG)!! This is an insane weap! The proc addss AC HP and MR!!!
Using Main Jade mace and Secondary SoS. When i am grouped with chanter and get hasted I put the beast into main hand for the extra damage bonus and over 70ies are flooding the screen!

This is rare drop off any mob in chardok save the named mobs. They also drop a sheild rare too, but the sheild is more common then the SoS. From what I have heards its like 1 in a 1000 has sheild and 1 in 5000 has SoS. But considerin SoS thats not to bad:)
ok guys heres the way it works. low delay weapons in the primary hand for the sake of more hits per round and larger slower weps in the offhand where they only hit at around 1/3 the speed of the primary if you have two of the same in both hands. good combo is Jade Mace primary and SoS offhand... one of the rarer shaman casters drops it randomly not a named
Main hand swings 100% of the time. Not 60 (L 30 monk) to 78 (L 60 monk) percent of the time.
Main hand gets a damage bonus.
Damage bonus works better with fast weapons. Saying you should put the fastest weapon in your offhand after L 35 is just wrong.
The numbers: (in Damage-Per-Unit-Time).
17/28 main 9/18 offhand.
L 60: Main DPUT: (17*2 + 1 + 11) / 28 = 1.64 Seco DPUT: .78 * (9 * 2 + 1 ) / 18 = 0.82 Total DPUT: 2.46
L 31: Main DPUT: (17 * 2 + 1 + 2) / 28 = 1.32 Seco DPUT: .6 * (9 * 2 + 1)/ 18 = 0.63 Total DPUT: 1.95
9/18 main 17/28 offhand. L 60: Main DPUT: (9*2 + 1 + 11) / 18 = 1.72 Seco DPUT: .78 * (17*2+1)/28 = 0.975 Total DPUT: 2.695
L 31: Main DPUT: (9*2 + 1 + 2) / 18 = 1.17 Seco DPUT: .6 * (17*2 + 1)/28 = 0.75 Total DPUT: 1.92
At L 31, the Jade/SSoS does 2 percent more damage, and procs 40 percent less often.
At L 60, the Jade/SSoS does 9 percent more damage, and procs 22 percent less often.
I'd guess that the Jade/SSoS will outdamaage the SSoS/Jade at L 36 or 37.
The only reason why the SSoS in the main hand makes sense is because it is a god damn amazing weapon. And even that gets defeated at quite a low level.
Putting slow weapons in your main hand is a bad idea. At low levels, it works. After L 35, it just sucks.
I am currently weilding 2 Canes of Harmony, which are pretty nice. Would like info on Mobs, lvls, and rarity of this drop, would like to go and get one myself, rather than having to buy one.
it might be 50... alot of good weapons with good procs i know of proc at 50... maybe its a lvl standard for all items to proc at 50 or below... any thoughts on that or am i missing an item that actually procs after 50?
This effect is not triggered, it's a proc. No one seems to know what level it proc's at, and a level 46 cant make it proc. I will assume it's level 52, but will post here when it does proc, and the level I am at. This weapon is also one of the best 1hb weapons for a monk, if you could get 2 of them then you would be a serious killing machine.
