I just turned this item in to a GM and got a gnomish vanishing device which is a dropable item with 5 charges of invisibility cloak.

This item is the reason the brewing trophy is more expensivce than all the others... don't know the logic behind requiring a blue diamond to make a corking device! Though it makes sense that our trophy costs more to make, since brewing is a lot cheaper to get to 250, than say, the jewelcrafting trophy, which only requires a bar of silver and a glass shard to combine with the seal. JC'ing costs a lot more to get to 250, obviously!

Anyway, until I can afford the gems for the seal, getting a lot of good use out of this; nice stats on the non-alcoholic drinks you can make with this.

After I found a tinker skilled enough to make this (this is NEVER sold in the bazzar, as it's too expensive to make unless you already have a buyer!) I brought him the blue diamond (that I bought for 1500pp in the bazaar) and the branch of sylvan oak (foraged it in Wakening Lands; it can also be foraged in Eastern Wastes) he conmbined them plus the common ingredients for me for 100pp.

check the date, post was made near the end of 2002, blue diamonds were around 1k before PoP came out, since then they have flooded the markets and the price is much lower

Different servers also have different economies. Supply and demand tends to run along similar lines for many items, but some items are outliers and sell for either a lot less or a lot more depending on the needs of the population.

Well if you bothered to look above your own post, you's see this item is for:

Fizzy Odus Juice
Grobb Liquidised Meat
Innothule Triple Bile
Kaladim Constitutional
Planar Blood Brew

And of course, the tradeskill trophy for brewing.

Duh, why don't you try READING before you post, and answer your own question?!

Who cares? People could come here many years later looking for the information posted here. If people don't post what they know, it's going to be that much harder to find. I'd rather respond to an old post with information someone might find useful in the future, than worry about how old the post I'm replying to is.

HA good answer maybe EQ is just not for everyone hehe...and yes it does seem expensive to make but I might make one to put up in the bazaar any ways because it is required for the grobbs liquidized meat and I know everybody buys that stuff to beef up the stats.
