on my halfling rogue it looks like normal chainmail.

Edit: I've installed Luclin expansion and now there is no graphic.

I have to concur. I have a BA Coif and it indeed goes on the head and would also assume that any coif would, but since I don't own a Seb Scale Coif I wouldn't write that in stone either. Anyway, just my 2 cp...
