For the trivia-minded, these were originally dropped by the Stone Golem in Cazic Thule (long before the CT revamp).
Rubicite armor drops were removed from the game (replaced by Ravenscale drops) in the October 13th, 1999 patch (the same patch that moved the Journeyman's Boots off of Drelzna).
