Sorry all who tried to find thid guy to no avail. Was camping Frogs with my friends the other night and killed this guy fairly easily at lvl 33. Looted the stein but had no idea what is what for so I detoyrd it my bad all....

The stein is no longer really needed to complete this quest (IKS NEC hat #6). Both pieces, the base and stem drop off revenants in the sarnak fort. I handed them both in along with hat 5 and *bwoop* hat 6!
The revenants are a fairly uncommon to rare pop, or at least they were for me. Just keep clearing those greens. I found my revenants (on separate days) always near the Chancellor throne room. Nasty spells, but if you've got resists and skin spell up, should be soloable in the 34-39 range. Just watch out, adds are like flies on honey there.

have been looking for this guy for over a year now and can not find him. i think he spawns near the forest giants by the swamp of no hope but so far i have not even seen this guy nor found anyone who has. any help here.

I personaly like it... if your lvl 20 and down i have a 60 necro and he wore it `till 32 /em blushes hehe i now have a better one)
all these quests are nto to bad for lvl and stats i think i personaly have been doing them all along and been very pleased it is a great look for a head and it has the all important INT with not to shaby ac incase a mob wants to pound you to pulp and after this helm the mana begins to be a bit nice as well for that extra pop
