The vendor that used to sell Mithril in Felwithe no longer sells Mithril (Tanalin Silverkale). Now it is Opal Leganyn (same trader that sells all the new DoN items).
Good news for Wood elves, now Merchant Niwiny ALSO sells mithril (small, large, & blocks)

Merchant Niwiny is on the same platform as the regular forge (the platform up from the newb lift platform), and is situated at -190, 135.

Small Brick of Mithril for 6pp, 1gp,8sp, and 4cp.
Large Brick of Mithril for 18pp, 5gp, 5sp, 3cp
Block of Mithril for 55pp, 6gp, 6sp.
CHA DOES make a difference so if tradeskilling try to buy items with the character you have that has best CHA and/or get a good CHA buff before you buy. Money is money and the point is to make some, no? :)

You can buy mithril in Felwithe.....can't rememeber the NPC's name though. In the Shop of All Holos
FYI - The merchant's name is Tanalin Silverkale, he's upstairs in the Shop of All Holos.
