It is a fact that this is created by enchanters, and i do believe that it is the lvl 29 spell clairfy mana. It does take a poison vial, and an emerald, and the spell...but all components are store bought. My enchanter uses the lvl 16 spell thicken mana, which takes a poison vial, and a pearl...they sell for 20p each completed "vial of vicious mana" on my server.

Last thing I remember that the spell has to be cast by an enchanter, with posion vial and gem being components to be used up by the spell. I'll have to test this later though.

Yes, chanter makes mana vials. However, I have never confirmed that this way does NOT work. If it does, that would be the sweetest thing to happen in a while.
