Can these hides be combined with a skinning knife to make them LQ greyhopper hides? I got a bunch of them while farming the hoppers for use in making leather padding.

Wow, that was helpful. In the time it took you to respond, you could have ignored it or typed something useful. Many folks look at this board when they are at work or at school and are not in a position to "try it".
I think that what is needed is a "greyhopper hide" not a LQ, MQ, HQ, or damaged. Just "Greyhopper". At least this is what I am reading from other posts.

I believe it is a valid question. I know that I do not know everything about the game, so I come here to find out what I need to. The question wasn't about what is needed, but what can be done with this hide. If you are too busy to help someone, then don't make a post telling them how wrong it was for them to post.

Has anyone figured out what the Rockhopper's Blood or Eggs are used for, they are pretty uncommon drops and are no drop. I've been saving them up in case there was some quest.

Rockhopper blood is used in making figurines in the Shar Vahl pottery quest.

The eggs can be used for making the no-drop rockhopper boiled eggs. they are a no-drop strength +1 food. I have not figured out the use of the blood yet.
