Not sure why he is listed above under Mob Graveyard but as of 2/13/17 - Tallis Paerk still sells these in PoK

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was a patch on February 25, 2015 that consolidated many tradeskill vendors in PoK in an attempt to reduce clutter but the community really did not like it (myself included) as it took away some of the atmosphere of the zone. Tallis Paerk and a number of NPCs were briefly removed from the game as a result and some were never properly "revived" on here, I've looked through the Graveyard and found a couple more unfortunate souls that have also been revived. If you happen to notice any more let us know!
