Lore: Bat Wellington: Generously season bat steak with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides until no longer bloody. Slather a roasted mushroom and herb mixture across a puff pastry. Place the cooked bat steak on one side, then roll everything together into a tight bundle. Return to the oven until pastry appears golden and flaky. I have multiples of all the others. #2 is not dropping. Anyone have luck in a different section of zone I am on ground floor - tried both sides of hall off entrance.
