I have spent alot of time in najema with my 55 mage getting epic items, and dark circlet drops every single time i kill him, so maybe drop rate is increased with higher level players
I have this on my young Necro on FV (nothing is no drop there, and these are cheap). I noticed that the Focus Effect is Reanimation Efficiancy I instead of Extend Affliction I.

Just got this today and mine had Reanimation Efficiancy I also.
Level 27 Warrior here was there with a 37 druid friend and we took this son of a ***** out 4 ******* times. He dropped nothing but **** and not the Dark Circlet, He was so easy though we sat there for hours and then we logged it was ********

Im A lvl 40 necro. Since the Luclin Int cap Increase Im Craving For Int Gear and This Would Be A great item for me. just gotta pharm it.

I cant belive after holding that lvl for over 10hours that all that droped off all the mob

Does this cap have a graphic when worn? I hate the look of my runed circlet on my iksar... YUCK!

Thats an old pic of the item (preKunark). Many necro items that were eru,gnome,hum,de only now have iksar added on. This is one of them.
