In order to be teleported to Maiden's Eye (ToL), say "stones" to a concerned shade to get the Spire Stone of Maiden's Eye, then move to the middle of the Nexus zone giant teleport and stand on it with the stone in your Inventory.

Wait for A Mystic Voice to say "The portal to Lceanium is now active", which is when you will be teleported to Maiden's Eye (ToL) at /loc +618,+1298,-115.23 in the NW part of the zone, next to Senshali Sa Sivuela.
